If you’ve watched coverage of the missing OceanGate submersive vessel, you’ve likely seen Jules Jaffe, a University at Buffalo graduate and current Research Oceanographer at Marine Physical Laboratory at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California, San Diego.
Over the past few days, Jules has appeared on countless major networks, including NBC, ABC, Fox & PBS, providing some insight into what may have happened, where the vessel may be and the likelihood of a successful search and rescue.
